I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years(General Contractor for 20 years) and a Certified Home and Commercial(buildings up to 20,000sqft) Inspector for 13 years and have inspected hundreds of properties. I am also a Certified Radon gas inspector and have a sophisticated testing device that gives accurate results in as little 2 hours. I pay strict attention to details and deliver a very comprehensive report. I ask my clients to meet with me at the end of the inspection to review the results and discuss what will be in the report.
