It would be wise to evaluate your options every 1-3 years.  Often there is a lot of legislation passed that may impact how your Benefits respond.  And, some Insurance Carriers react quickly while others don’t see the need to make changes.  So, it’s good to be vigilant to avoid paying additional costs and making sure you aren’t missing coverages that can benefit your employees.  Happy Employees make more productive Employees.
