About Us

We provide customized seminars and workshops to non-profit and corporate organizations that incorporate interpersonal relations and communication skills. Using an assessment based approach, our topics include teambuilding, emotional intelligence, management skills and leadership development. We also assist with the selection process of new hires and internal promotions using approved EEOC tools.

I started my business 24 years ago as a supplemental family income to help pay for college for my 3 children.  I also wanted to have a flextime schedule so I could continue to pursue a growing "volunteer career" that I built while I was a stay-at-home mom.  I am happy to say all 3 of my children... (more) I started my business 24 years ago as a supplemental family income to help pay for college for my 3 children.  I also wanted to have a flextime schedule so I could continue to pursue a growing "volunteer career" that I built while I was a stay-at-home mom.  I am happy to say all 3 of my children have successful completed their college educations and my "volunteer career" took off beyond my wildest expectations. In  the meantime, I have fallen in love with what I do and am happy to continue helping people to be successful in their jobs and careers.
