The system is rigged, as usual. They dangle to carrot, but make it impossible to get help.

I am a Bank of America customer and I applied the morning it came available - I submitted to several banks before Bank of America was accepting online apps - I was turned down by the other banks because I was not a customer but I did receive the PPP loan - so I don’t believe it is rigged - I also know of another local business that received the loan - so don’t say it is rigged -

Yes but Bank of America’s seemed
To be one of the only banks that rolled out the application process for a full week before all the other banks did.....there is something very wrong with that.

Each bank had to get their own loan application process set up and get figured out how they were getting the federal funding for it. Some were just more on top of things than others. The program opened on a Friday, but banks did not have all of the needed info. My banker let me know the minute the process was in place that Monday and I was able to get in and get it done immediately. I knew within a day or two that I was approved. They must have put everything together based on available info and just had a bit to adjust so were on it. I heard a number of banks were slow to accept applications and then were taking even 10 days or more to get back with approvals.
