We are the only private composites training institute in the world to be accredited by the CCAA - Canadian Council for Aviation & Aerospace and approved by the American FAA - Federal Aviation Administration.

Our courses are typically 5-days in length and offer accredited Certificates of Training to our graduates which provide the trainee with immediately employable skills, anywhere in the world.

Wilson Boynton, CET began his career in Aircraft Maintenance and, through his passion for knowledge and advanced technologies, came to work with and learn about composite-built aircraft. In 1992 Wilson established his first Composite Structures Maintenance and Repair company; Renaissance Aeronautics Associates.
In 1996, after seeing a greater need for the dissemination of composite materials knowledge among his industry, he began his endeavour to create what is now the internationally recognized advanced composite technologies training division; Advanced Composites Training (ACT).
After more than 25 years providing unparalleled quality in composite materials and technologies training, consulting, and repair services, and having received numerous rewards and recognition for his efforts, Wilson and the ACT Team are widely considered Leading Industry Professionals who will go the extra mile for their clients every time!
