She is an excellent listener and paid attention to the details I provided concerning the desired state for upgraded website. She also made a few suggestions that I had not considered. I look forward to moving ahead with this project. Sarah offers a "beta customer" option that I also found very interesting and which we will probably participate in once this project gets the budgetary green light. If you are looking for attentiveness and customer service, I think Sarah is worth a call!"

We already have the ability to have virtual meetings with clients.  I think we will look to further expand these capabilities by finding the easiest and most optimal way to conduct remote meetings if this is a desire of a client.  (more) We already have the ability to have virtual meetings with clients.  I think we will look to further expand these capabilities by finding the easiest and most optimal way to conduct remote meetings if this is a desire of a client.

The cloud has a lot of benefits and some drawbacks. We assume the internet and that has allowed cloud based systems to grow rapidly. If internet access or reliability ever becomes a problem, then the cloud becomes less attractive. I think the cloud is useful for smaller businesses who can;t afford a full time IT staff; much, if not all of that work is now not your problem. Also, if remote connectivity is a major issue for you, then the cloud delivers benefits that are very useful.
