It has impacted my business because it is difficult to bring in people into the office to meet for their tax appointment. Therefore, we have temporarily closed the office and moved to work at home. The office is still there, just no one is there. We are encouraging our clients to mail, fax, email their docs in so we can do their returns, but their cooperation is not as good as we thought. They like the face to face.

I am considered to be an "essential business", however, in good conscientiousness, how could I ask my clients to leave their homes to come and see me? So, I closed my doors and started working from home and for the first time have everyone mail, fax, or email their information to me. We have the payroll clients call in their hours and do their payroll. I feel if we open up before the crisis is over, it would be unnecessarily devastating to all. Stay home and Stay Healthy!
