Real simple, NO~

Haven't seen much change in homelessness, maybe more people are effected. I know I am by the HIGH rents, which keep raising of course. Have we done anything about guarding WHATS all ready built? Seems all I hear about is the tram from downtown to QM. I see pot holes are still there & getting bigger while we are PUTTING in more traffic circles & islands between traffic lanes. SEEMS like we need to work on current problems before we start spending money on frivolous items like the tram, don't we have the pass-port which will do the same thing & it's already here & free.
