I use yelp a lot.  When I see there is no activity, I send an e-mail to my clients asking them to write a yelp review about my services.  Once they have done that, I send them a $10.00 amazon gift card.  I also have ask them to write a few that I post at my office, or website. I have seen so many business owners who are service providers using the Cost of Goods Sold accounts.

I started to use TaxSlayer Pro (the bookkeeping side) and their customer service is excellent. I dont like QB on line, it is very limited with reports, etc.. specially if you want to generate job costing reports. Xero seems to be a little pricey, but some of your high end clients might like it. (more) I started to use TaxSlayer Pro (the bookkeeping side) and their customer service is excellent.
