About Us

As a HeartThread quantum healing practitioner, I co-facilitate the restoration, re-balancing and rejuvenation of my clients mental, emotional and physical bodies. Including any familial/ancestral traumatic blocks that are preventing them from embracing their true, authentic nature. I've spent a lifetime studying various healing modalities and have found that HeartThread is the most gentle, yet powerfully effective healing modality I've experienced.

RESPONSIBILITY OF A HEALING PRACTITIONER: If the thought of energy healing sounds a bit woo woo to you - let me explain. I've always known that the only energy that truly heals is unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance. When a healing practitioner takes time to do the inner work on themselves, they come to a peaceful place of self love and acceptance and are then ready to share a more pure energy healing with their clients. A healing practitioner owes it to themselves and their clients to commit to clearing their own blocks before transmitting any unresolved, wounded energy on to their client. This especially includes doing the inner work of forgiveness of self, as well as the clearing the pain they've experienced from loved ones. Operating from a state of compassion, forgiveness and acceptance, along with doing the inner work to embrace the four aspects of self love and acceptance are key elements for any healing practitioner. The four aspects of Love are: Loving Wisdom, Loving Kindness, Loving Strength and Loving Being. Only then is a practitioner ready to create a safe space for their clients to remember who they already are at the deepest levels of their being.

HEARTTHREAD HEALING MODALITY CLEARS BLOCKS TO: (1) Self Sabotaging ourselves mentally through our limiting beliefs / ego driven, repetitive mind chatter and diminishing thoughts about ourselves and others. (2) Making emotional choices concerning self care and our most important relationships from a state of "woundedness" from our past. (3) Being blocked from experiencing our empowered authentic nature by ancestral traumatic events/biology that can cause physical pain, disease and/or depression. It's called miasmic distortion and is easily cleared so that you can fully embrace your authentic self.

It sets the tone/mood and provides a peaceful feeling for the entire day. If you choose, say it again just before bedtime. It's so important to not loose sight of the bigger picture for our nation and around the globe. Do you remember how we all came together after 9/11? Our country has been in a state of chaos for the past few years. Take the gift of this time off to re-evaluate/reset our priorities. Turn off the fear mongering news that only feeds your fear and scarcity consciousness... by now you know about social distancing, washing hands and common sense self care. Reach out for help or phone a friend when you need it. Take walks in nature if possible. We have the choice to move through this experience in a state of fear or with the understanding that we are in the midst of re-balancing and re-evaluating our values as a person, a business, a nation and global community...and remember, we're all in this together. PRAYER FOR PEACE:                                                                                                                      If you choose... "May the love of God come forth now into this space, into our minds and into our hearts In this stillness let the word of God speak so that all might hear and come into the presence Be At Peace Be At Peace Be At Peace "

(more) Clients find me by word of mouth and referrals. New clients keep coming due to referrals, becoming visible within my community and being my authentic self...not trying to copy someone else's way of doing business.  What keeps people coming back is your special sauce that no one else can replicate. Trust yourself and your uniqueness. If you don't know what makes you special, invite a group of close friends over for a pot luck dinner to have an intimate conversation about your uniqueness as a person and business owner. It's your personal magnet for attracting the people who resonate with you and your service/product and draws in the people you are meant to serve. It's the law of manifesting anything. If you are copying someone else, you will be inauthentic and not in your comfort zone...people will pick up on that in an instant. And remember....when you're communicating with clients - allow them to feel like they've come HOME. When you are being your authentic self, creating your own community happens naturally.  Don't forget to become visible within your local community. Attend local events, volunteer to speak at events that support your product/service, set up your own table at festivals etc. Make yourself visible!

Radiating the heartfelt joy you feel about yourself and your product/service sets you apart from others because you're sharing your innate skills and abilities through your true calling and purpose. You are truly a magnet for your business! Then take that radiance to your local events, Chambers of Commerce and other pertinent networking groups. Choose groups where your ideal customer is likely to attend... and be sure to connect with as many folks as possible. Volunteer to speak at various conferences, meetings and nonprofit groups. Also, get someone to take a great headshot photo of you and add that smiling face to all of your communication - including in the upper left hand corner of your emails. It allows someone the opportunity to connect with you more deeply while reading your words...and be sure to use words that resonate with you. Stay away from overused, meaningless catch phrases. Lastly, express and show your gratitude for the opportunity to serve your community. If you're a spiritually based person share your gratitude for connecting with your perfect clients before your head hits the pillow each night. Expressing gratitude each night for whatever you're seeking (yes, as if it's already happened)  is an integral part of manifesting whatever you're seeking! Check your attitude each morning. Pay attention to your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and fears. Thank them for their positive intention, release them and replace them with the gratitude you're seeking. Remember, what you focus on is what you manifest. Fill your heart with gratitude! To your success!

Step up and create a circle of friends/professionals that you resonate with and respect...and that think outside the box. Make it an enjoyable/fun experience to meet every 6 weeks or so and give updates on the new ideas you chose to incorporate. Updates are wonderful and provide great feedback for everyone. Do a pot luck at each other's homes or offices. Take turns brainstorming everyone's top 3  issues. Use what you like and leave the rest. It's a true win/win situation. Make sure you invite a group of people who are going to share their creative ideas with you and not judge or make anyone feel less than for asking...maybe even establish a few ground rules in that regard. Keep it light and with lots of laughter!

(more) Get involved in your community by going to as many networking opportunities as you can. The secret is to genuinely connect with people and not just go through the motions of networking. Volunteer as a speaker for each organization, go to Chamber of Commerce meetings and any other networking group that sounds dynamic. Create your own networking group by hosting a pot luck dinner with people/professions you resonate with. If you are an introvert, be true to your authenticity and connect with those people/groups you are drawn to. Don't get on automatic pilot ~ make it meaningful. There are so many podcasts and radio stations who need speakers and would love to hear from you about cutting edge topics. Create an email of introduction, sharing your credentials, topics of interest, specialties and passions and send it to networking groups, radio and podcasts. (add your head shot photo to email). Write articles and submit them to various magazine, local newsletters and other print outlets. Make yourself visible! Become a compassionate activist within a population you care about and volunteer your time. And never underestimate the power of word of mouth by satisfied clients! Remember they are connected to other communities. Let them know you would like to attend other dynamic networking groups!  Remember ~ you can't expect different results if you keep doing the same old, same old stuff ~ Honor your authenticity, step up and make yourself a leader within your community. There is so much available within each community... and if there isn't create it!

(more) The beauty of having your own business means totally committing to sharing your authenticity with potential clients. Always set your INTENTION/VISION for your business. When you let people know what makes you unique in comparison to others in your field - the law of physics will attract "your people/your tribe". When you stay true to your own thoughts/feelings and actions - the words you use will deeply resonate with the people you are meant to serve.  If you try to copy other people's marketing strategy, web design or any other entrepreneur's strategy - it is not yours. Being an entrepreneur is not for the faint of heart. Using someone else's "slick" strategy does not provide your potential clients the opportunity to get to know you and what makes you different than your competitors. Use words that resonate with who you are as a person - even if - especially if - it shows people who you are at the deepest part of your being as an entrepreneur. Nobody does you better than you. Take the leap in 2020 and be/share your authentic self with the public.  Do the inner work to heal scarcity consciousness/fear of lack/being different/the driving need to compete with others in your field. Instead, begin each day by sharing your gratitude for manifesting your tribe, financial abundance and success even before it has appeared. If you are in a victim/angry/fearful mode you will not attract success.  Instead, embrace your authenticity, whether you're a realtor, handyman, IT person, massage therapist, chiropractor or acupuncturist. Give your potential clients something that separates you from others in your field, especially if it is out of the box. Use words and strategies that resonate with you. When you do, it will invigorate and motivate you at the deepest level of your being and give people the opportunity to say hey, I like this person and the way they express themselves...it sounds like someone I would like to do business with and get to know...it feels like HOME. Remember that you are actually forming a community with your clients. Step up and be the leader you are meant to be...not to be better than but to create a sense of HOME. If you've been doing things in the same old, same old ways and not getting the results you want - do something different. It will change your life as an entrepreneur and as a human being. When I read descriptions of entrepreneurs businesses....the majority of the time they are using the same old, same old words to describe themselves and their work. Step outside the box, use words that share your authenticity and  share with them what makes your service unique/special. This is true FREEDOM and this is what will keep you motivated in the long haul of your business and open up a whole new dynamic for your revenue stream and the success of your business.  Here's to embracing your authenticity...Start each day by saying your heartfelt intention... and stating your heartfelt gratitude for the financial abundance and success flowing to you in 2020 ~ in great avalanches of supply!

During Thanksgiving letting your clients know how thankful you are for their patronage because you are aware that they have many other choices to receive a massage. A gift certificate is one way to share your gratitude. At Christmas, what better gift than to support them taking care of themselves during all the hustle bustle and/or to gift their loved ones with this special offer. Bundle your services and rename them to fit the season. Like Rudolph's Special Hot Stone Massage, Santa's Swedish Massage, Mrs. Claus's Revitalizing Facial,  Buddy The Elf's Rejuvenating Reflexology...the possibilities are endless! Never apologize for providing your clients with an opportunity to take better care of themselves. Don't forget New Years...create some special bundles of your services for those clients who are committed to taking care of themselves in 2020!
