About Us

We process your credit card sales! If not set up properly, credit card processing can be confusing and expensive. We initially explain all the fees in an honest and straight forward manner, and believe that being honest up front is absolutely essential to customer satisfaction. Our merchants have a strong business relationship with us, we return all calls, and we service what we sell. Most of our competitors ink a contract and provide poor service with higher fees than promised. Not so with YES Merchant Services USA. We have held an A+ rating with the BBB since 2001, and are members of our local Chamber of Commerce.

How We Got Started

After a 22-year career with AT&T, our Owner and Independent Agent Don Esch began his career in Sales of Merchant Services, and has enjoyed a 2nd career, also being in business 22 years. We enjoy meeting new people and helping businesses process their credit/debit card sales and checks. This gives us a great deal of satisfaction to be a part of their success, and we consider it a badge of honor to help others reach their goals.

For the first couple of years, you will be hemorrhaging cash.  Things won’t go as fast as you’d hoped.  Learn that when people say no, it is not a personal rejection. Keep an active log of expenses in a spreadsheet, assigning month names to each column.  When you incur an expense, LOG IT daily before you forget it.  You'll be able to track expenses and see the timing of the large fluctuations, and thereby use that info as a model to budget for the future. Transactions are downgraded to EIRF when they don't meet the criteria for categories with lower rates. For example, for keyed transactions if you don't input the cardholder address, zip code, and 3-digit security code on the back of the card, you will be charged a higher fee because it is considered a higher risk (the less information you give the processor, the higher the risk; i.e., a higher fee).  In most instances, when you take the time and extra effort to key in the details, then you can avoid or reduce that fee.

I use simple math to explain my service, in a logical and understandable manner.  I analyze what they are paying now, and compare it apples-to-apples to my service.
