How We Got Started

Our Team Manager Nathan got started in 1992 working for his Mom at Oregon Mutual Mortgage. He was in high school and wanted to earn some extra money. He worked evenings, weekends, and all summer as an entry level processor. He did not like the work. He was a young and athletic type. The office, loud and gigantic copier/printer, varying smells of toner, coffee, and paper didn't do it for him. He was burned out so his Mom opted to bring him to one of her closings to meet some clients that Nathan had processed for. The signing went well. They all agreed to meet at the new house to get keys and Nathan went along. Once they walked in, the entire family started crying. They were overjoyed. The family of five had been living in a two bedroom apartment for 4+ years. Finally each of the kids had their own room and Mom and Dad had space of their own. It was at that point Nathan decided to remain in the business and he has ever since. That experience was enough for him and 34 years later...

Why would you risk it? There are countless mistakes and "accidental" scenarios that could play out. There is no "video edit" going live and no do-overs. There are countless mistakes and "accidental" scenarios that could play out. There is no "video edit" going live and no do-overs. Sounds like a schoolyard game doesn't it?  I got a video the other day from a stellar Realtor I know. It was great footage but his voice recording speed was messed up so it sounded like it was a tour with Mickey Mouse. I was laughing so hard that I couldn't absorb what I needed to. My suggestion - Do your due diligence up front. Record, edit, then post. What's the difference anyway? Your clients and financiers will appreciate a well-rounded and professional video which is essentially YOUR FIRST IMPRESSION! Do yourself a favor and invest in your productions. They reflect directly upon you and with whom you refer business to.
