How We Got Started
The Company was incorporated in 1980 in Plantation, Florida. In 1994 we met our goal to expand into other markets when we opened a branch in Central Florida at Longwood. The operation is highly successful and currently serves as our Corporate Headquarters. The President, Kathryn L. Smith, has assembled a staff of highly skilled title and real estate professionals.
