Our biggest concern is these masks! My showroom is still closed except for appointments only and people we know. There is no science to support this foolishness! It is nothing more then a political over reach, a grasp at something so they can say they did something! I can say this because my entire family and I medical professionals. We know and are trained in PPE's. We live it, we are not in a surgery room! Nor are we in a sterile environment. My surgeon said this: You are not scrubbed up when you leave your house, touch your car, there's bird poop. bugs, pollens, and many many other things in this outside environment. Viruses are everywhere. We are not sterile out in the real world, I agree with him, this fear people have is all media driven and is ignorant! Educate yourself, look at real science, talk to doctors, although most are afraid to offer truths because of fear of being attacked by their peers! That's pathetic but it is the reality of this. We as businesses should open with strong confidence and encouragement, no fear so our customers see it, feel it knowing and understanding things are ok. Most every expert has said, this virus is not going away for a while, and no cure is coming anytime soon. No vaccine is around the corner either, so we must face this, be brave and those most vulnerable will have to take extra precautions. The rest of us can live. A WWII vet said this:
I've never seen people so afraid of dying that they are afraid to live!
He is right because there's a man who faced death head on. NO masks, no fear, just guts and bravery. We as a people and businesses must show we are welcoming, and assuring our customers things are being done as best as possible but with just good ol common sense. I will not feel safe nor does my staff if we have to let masked people in our showroom. The opportunity to be robbed is just too great and I refuse to risk my office staff to submit to these idiotic ideas when the science says otherwise. My staffs safety is more important. People can do as they wish, but we must feel safe here as well. Come on in unmasked, we can stay apart and will be glad to help.

Those old people are so smart and the good ones are more then willing to share knowledge. My dad always said: Knowledge is power. Of course both of mine were teachers so what else would you expect from them but a statement like that right? Now I have my bookkeeper who I trust implicitly and she is my voice of reason along with my wife. Then I have my other office ladies. one is my sister in law. So jokingly I say I have 4 wives. And I love them all very much. And my wife doesn't mind the jokes either cause they all help and guide me today. So men, it's the ladies that are my power today, I have 2 daughters as well I am surrounded by professional women and would not have it any other way. At work and at home it truly is the best way to survive in this thing we call a business. 4 work or worked as RN's and the rest have professional backgrounds from other fields. I am truly blessed. So your best sources are simply other people you can trust. They may not have all the answers, but together and I learned this being a retired EMT everyone is wise is some way, you just have to ask.

Today the culture of everything has changed in so many ways. You must be ever concerned with Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Not just the mailers and local newspaper advertising but so so much more. The internet is the window of today everyone gets up to look out and see whatever they want. I still feel treating my customers as I did when I was an EMT is the best way. With great care and honesty, compassion and integrity as they should be. I like to put out public service announcements to let folks know things. It's not just about gimme gimme all the time. I want to give back and hopefully save them some time and money. Then when they really need help, they'll remember me.
Every time I try to do anything with ANY Government type of thing it is so hard and full of wasteful things, I now will not bother with anything to do with them. They are too demanding, have ridiculous regulations and rules. All making it not worth the time or effort even bid on them. They seem...

My name is Mitch Witherell, I own DiFrancesco Garage Doors here in Lorain Ohio proudly serving the area since 1972. We sell, service and install most types of Garage Doors and Garage Door openers. We are proud to carry and be a dealer for an American made, local door manufactures line of garage doors called Haas Garage Doors which is made here in our home state of Ohio. We are a Liftmaster Dealer also. I am a retired EMS worker so I have a much higher standard of professionalisms then most due to my being in the medical field. My wife and Daughters also are all RN's with my oldest Being a Nurse Practitioner so I am very proud of my girls. My staff is the tops. Each one is important and No one here is better than another. We all play a vital role in this companies success. I feel by letting them play an important role like myself, we all strive for greatness together as one solid force.
