Hi, I'm Katherine.
I discovered at a young age that I had a natural aptitude with technology. I enjoyed learning about the intricacies of technology, researching technical problems and finding ways to utilize technology tools to provide solutions.
After over 20 years working in the Information Technology (IT) field, I found Coaching which answered a deeper calling to use my gifts, talents and abilities to be of service and help others.
Through my own personal growth journey, I witnessed the power of coaching. The awareness that I gained from coaching transformed my life. It opened me up to greater potential and possibility for my life. This led me to starting a business, becoming an entrepreneur and a Certified Professional Coach to help other women pursue their greater purpose and vision.
Shortly after leaving my full-time job to become a full-time entrepreneur, I felt something was missing in my business. I spoke to a coach who challenged me to experiment and stay open to how my business could look in the upcoming year. Over the next few weeks of so, I had several ah-ha moments and new revelations.
I realized that I burned out working in Tech within the confines of a nine to five job. I was craving time freedom and flexibility for other passions and pursuits. I wanted to have a bigger impact on my terms.
After almost 5 years growing my coaching business, I realized that I had learned a lot about technology solutions for entrepreneurs and small businesses. I was able to quickly grasp and implement software applications in my business. In fact, I was helping my peer coaches and friends with their technology solutions since I started my coaching business.
However, this wasn’t a path that I had considered for my coaching business because I thought I was done working in Tech. The truth is tech has always been my thing and something that I enjoyed. It challenges my brain. I get super excited to dive deeply into tech and figure out complex technical problems.
It became clear to me that tech was the thing missing from my coaching business. I decided to combine my tech savviness and coaching skills to help coaches, consultants and online service providers plan, implement and manage their technology solutions. I want other entrepreneurs to know that with the right support tech doesn’t have to be a source of pain and frustration. As they embrace the necessary technology, they’ll set their business up for continued growth and success.
