Insurance and Bad Faith Attorney for 35 years transitioned to now providing commercial and personal Mediator services.

How We Got Started

Four partner firm who split off from larger firm in 1991, doing exclusively insurance and bad faith defense work at that time for insurance companies, as well as work for the California Insurance Guarantee Association. Added commercial policyholder practice later on. Now providing mediation services, and I have been mediating since January 2008.

I believe they should extend it, and extend it now! What the h%&& are they doing, taking time off at this point where they each make very, very large salaries compared to the lower middle class people who need this help desparately? Probably not because the SBA loan would only have been to pay rent and/or pay employee salaries, i.e., I believe it is something like 80% of it or so is supposed to be for that.
