About Us
I have a small bakery specializing in mini cheesecakes and fair trade organic coffees. I also have a few vegan desserts and a small breakfast and lunch menu. I use organic and locally grown ingredients many of which I buy at the farmers market outside my store on Sundays.

I also try so many different ways to attract new customers. I find word of mouth and random dropping in to be the best way after all. The way I retain customers is being friendly and welcoming and having similar people working for me. And hopefully everyone enjoys the food or coffee they receive!

It's funny when I was younger I definitely preferred one on one. Now I find that I really enjoy classes which are on the smaller side, say 10 people max.

I also find it can be overwhelming talking to strangers and sharing myself, but since I have opened my own business I do it all day long because Im passionate and I believe in my products. Perhaps if you peruse a true passion you too will find your voice. I wish you the best

I buy my free range eggs from the farmers market as well as lettuces, tomatos, strawberries, and any other fresh ingredients which I can. I am passionate about using only paper straws, compostable boxes and drink ware when I can. It's important to respect the earth as much as my customers.
My biggest problem is getting people in the door. Once in the door I know 90% will purchase some thing. I find other businesses in the neighborhood promoting my business to their customers helps a lot, and I do the same for them.
