I base my teaching and coaching on anatomy, and using elements of several different syllabi. No one syllabus has it all right, and some even contradict themselves. I started ballet the week I graduated from high school, and less than five years later, I was dancing for The Joffrey. I was not gifted in any way, I was simply determined, I had great teachers, and I figured out the most efficient ways to train.
