Personal expenses: big-ticket items, medical receipts, donations receipts (if cash keep a journal: time, date and name  and address of charity), Child Care expenses, Dependent care expenses, Tax Preparation expenses  for business:... Personal expenses: big-ticket items, medical receipts, donations receipts (if cash keep a journal: time, date and name  and address of charity), Child Care expenses, Dependent care expenses, Tax Preparation expenses  for business: all business receipts, such as repair, maintenance, insurance, meals, hospitality, and insurance just to name a few.   Also, it is a good idea to keep monthly bookkeeping records in order to maximize your deductions.  If you have more questions, call my office or your tax preparer for more detail
