We are also a woman owned, minority, small business Solar Company that also does constriction, dulling the pandemic we pivoted to distribution. We knew something else had to be done. We negotiated a contract to be the exclusive distributor for polymers, adhesives, silicone here in the USA. It is extremely difficult and time consuming, and often feels like a waste of time but with persistence can pay off. States have social enterprise programs that pay for your welfare to work, early release incarcerated if you teach a trade. Network, network, network. Right now everything is like someone swat a bee hive. Eventually people will realize that they need to do something to earn income and be begging for work. Like going to the gym and then stopping for a couple of weeks. It becomes harder to motivate oneself to go until you realize the pants are getting tight.
After this epidemic the world is going to be concerned about the spread of viruses. Someone is going to need to constantly walk around offices and disinfect doors, and everyday things. Figure out a way to make door handles that are enclosed in a blue light.

The reality is that the virus isn't going away anytime soon. I say a webinar type of class teaching office staff and businesses how to be clean and sanitize. Personally the Ideal of everyone walking around with face masks is absurd.
Complaining about what needs to be fixed is a waste of time. No one is going to listen, what the country needs is better leadership. Our government is a dysfunctional family.

The chances of another pandemic isn't if it is when and the world must be prepared. It must be a world LAW that countries report all illnesses immediately to the WHO.
All travel and countries must be on complete lockdown. Holding a temperature gauge to the head to see if they are sick is only a false sense of security and does nothing.
The covid19 virus is here to stay just like the flu. We can't be expected to wear a facemask everywhere let's be real. We also need to try our best to educate people about viruses and how they get started. This global economic collapse is most likely from someone with little education and not identifying the real risk. This isn't just china, several other countries eat things that probably shouldn't be eaten like bat and dog. As the world gets more populated we need to find ways to make plant based meats.

The person said they are an introvert meaning they are shy and terrified. Networking events or any other event won't fix the problem. being an introvert can actually be a positive. My doctor is a complete introvert where I and a sales person. I choose him specifically for that reason. I don't want my doctor rambling on about whatever. I want him to focus on me and get down to the bottom of why I am there. Introverts are usually more analytical and in my opinion can be a huge advantage. The bottom line is anyone who says they are not nervous or terrified when speaking to someone for the first call is lying. I was extremely terrified until I learned not to be and that only comes with practice. The more you do it the more second nature it will come. You will always have those butterflies just not as bad, we all do. Find a coach yourself or ask to shadow the most sucessful person in your field. What is your real fear? Is it rejection? If you are selling your service and you are afraid to speak to the person it is automatically a no. If you do speak with them you at least have a 50% chance of a yes.

If you are doing your job and always providing excellent service for the client, then you will get referrals. People will always remember someone who went the extra mile for them. I have customer service call them after the work is done a couple of weeks just to say thank you and a quick check up.
Personally I would ever recommend someone if I have never had dealings with them first. No matter how much they were offering.
