The SEO Plug
The most powerful marketing your business will ever have isn't created by you—it's created by your customers.
I've always believed your customers tell your story better than you ever could. Every review and recommendation builds trust with the next person searching for a business like yours.
These days, reviews do a lot more than earn you five stars. They help Google understand who you are, what you do, and why customers choose you. They're also becoming part of how AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity discover and recommend local businesses.
You don't need to be a marketing expert or spend hours trying to figure out SEO. Sometimes the simple things—like collecting great reviews and responding to your customers—make the biggest difference.
Customer reviews are no longer just feedback—they're one of the most powerful marketing assets your business will ever have. They build trust, increase visibility, and influence how Google and AI platforms recommend your business. I'd love connecting with fellow business owners, sharing ideas, and helping turn great customer experiences into lasting business growth.
It all started with a family road trip.
In 2013, my son qualified for the Junior Olympics in Greensboro, North Carolina. We packed up the SUV and drove from California, relying on Google reviews to guide nearly every hotel, restaurant, and stop along the way.
Somewhere on that journey, I realized we were trusting complete strangers to help us make our decisions. That changed the way I looked at local businesses forever.
It taught me one of the most important lessons in business: your customers tell your story better than you ever could.
Not long after that trip, I discovered a platform that helps businesses collect reviews and improve their online visibility. What excited me wasn't the technology—it was the opportunity to help business owners turn customer experiences into trust, visibility, and their biggest competitive advantage.
Today, I help businesses make sure their customers' stories are the ones future customers find first.
