About Us

Marty is originally from Southern California where he attended both Los Angeles Valley College and Cal State Northridge. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Marty pursued his love of precious gems by enrolling in the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica, where he earned his Certified Gemologist Degree.

While living in Los Angeles, Marty managed a prestigious jewelry store for over 10 years. Marty's love of nature, and fondness for the coast eventually led him north to Los Osos. And for a Jeweler, it seemed like a natural transition to relocate to the "Jewel Of The Central Coast."

Marty enjoys working with the public, meeting new people, and making their dreams come true! After 20 years in sales, he has acquired the ability to meet the needs of his clients. It's hard to find a more dedicated, enthusiastic, or qualified Realtor anywhere on the Central Coast.

I try and stay in touch with as many Clients of mine as Possible. Either by phone or by meeting with them for Lunch or even Breakfast.  Also, sometimes I run into my clients in the Grocery market or when I'm doing My Hikes in the Surrounding area:).     (more) I try and stay in touch with as many Clients of mine as Possible. Busier than the First part of this 2021 Year. it seems like Real Estate has gone Wild and We Are enjoying every Minute of it:). I must tell you that As a Realtor, I don't Hire Agents. My  job is to find People who are Looking to either Sell Their Home Or Purchase another One.  My Broker is the One who's Job is to do the Hiring, Not Me.   Thanks for Your Question , Sorry that I couldn't be of More Help. Good Luck with that Jennifer:)). Not an Easy Task to resolve:((. Several things to take  into consideration, One, is on Reverse mortgages the Individual Must reside in the Subject Property and maintain The House until there is a New Buyer willing to take Over the Property! Several things to take  into consideration, One, is on Reverse mortgages the Individual Must reside in the Subject Property and maintain The House until there is a New Buyer willing to take Over the Property! And it can be difficult trying to Sell the Property while the current Owner is on the Property. It's always a challenge to market the Property, to say the least. You must remember that You the Realtor/Broker did not put The Client into this Scenario and they must follow Your Lead if the Hope to get Out of the Current situation!! It can be Obtainable as Long as they Follow Your Lead. "Good Luck" with this Situation!!
