I owned a brick and mortar business for 13 years and experienced all the ups and downs a small business can bring. I understand the stresses and joys and how all of this may impact both home and professional areas of life.

After retiring from 30 years as a therapist, I knew there was more work to be done and that I had the calling to work with women struggling to be free of old "baggage" and stressors. As an ordained minister, I do see my work as a special "calling" to continue being of service and to help others find their own way of serving the world.
