I’m Jim Ford, and I live here in Loveland, CO. I recently started a local service called Bison Laser Cleaning, where I use laser technology to clean and restore a wide range of surfaces—everything from rusty car parts and tools to kitchen cabinets, concrete, brick, and even commercial kitchens.

I got into this work because I wanted a safer, more precise alternative to blasting and harsh chemicals. The laser removes rust, paint, grease, soot, and more—without damaging the surface underneath. It’s non-toxic, and mobile, so I can come to you.

During Covid I was laid off. I did an exhausting search for a business I could run and not have to depend on others. After researching 89 different franchises, I ended up opening my own business without a franchise tag. It's fun and exciting work to do. I enjoy every job I do.
