The Salvation Army Service Center in Loveland has opened its doors on March 1, 2016. It is located at 840 N Lincoln Avenue in Loveland. Our phone: 970-699-8380. Salvation Army offers following services to Loveland and Berthoud residents: emergency rent assistance, food, clothes, hygiene items, baby diapers, bus passes, pet food, computer classes, holiday assistance, summer camp for children.
