When we experience trauma, the body holds that trauma until it's worked through the body. By offering an evidenced-based approach to yoga, Core Awakening addresses this important process through facilitating Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
As a result, participants are able to regain control/power that was altered or taken in the traumatic event.
