Our focus is designing, installing and applying a maintenance program that meets each individual landscapes needs. Our most sought after service, our niche, is monthly maintenance. What sets our service apart from other landscaping companies? Our detailed care of beds: plant care: dead-heading, dead-leafing, hand pruning and trimming (all plants: Perennials, Shrubs and small ornamental trees) , staking, fertilizing (as needed throughout the season). In addition, hand weeding, edging (90/45 degree method) and mulching (with a swirl, flat no bumps method).
Plant sitting is also offered: watering of containers and container maintenance while clients are away.
My passion for gardening began over 30 years ago. In 2003 after a 15 year career with Dow Jones (in customer service and computer support) the technology industry bubble lead to outsourcing of many positions. This allotted me to pursue my ideal career in Professional Gardening, a gardening hobby was transformed into Garden Designs by Jacqueline, llc. After obtaining my associates degree in Landscape Design and Management from Springfield Technical Community College in 2005 Garden Designs by Jacqueline was born.
