About Us
The E. G. Peters Law Firm is a family business founded in 1982 by my father, E. Gordon Peters, Sr. We have been helping the people of Virginia ever since. We give back to our community by offering attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable legal guidance to those who need it.
I was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA. After graduating from E.C. Glass High School in 1983, I received a B.A. from Randolph Macon in 1987, an M.A. from the University of Richmond in 1990, and a J.D. from there in 1999. I started practicing with my father shortly after. He retired in 2018, and I have continued to carry on the business with the philosophy and values that he set.
