I'm not a fan of discounting services, but we will all do what we need to to survive. Personally I'd rather give them something extra, as a gift, for ordering what they would normally, or if finances are too tight, offer them another item that would give them some benefit even if not identical...

I'm not a fan of discounting services, but we will all do what we need to to survive. Personally I'd rather give them something extra, as a gift, for ordering what they would normally, or if finances are too tight, offer them another item that would give them some benefit even if not identical to what they were ordering.
We also have a strong Loyalty Reward program so I'm encouraging them to use this time to redeem their points toward free product.
As I reach out and talk to my clients, everyone comments that staying healthy is their primary goal, and so taking supplements as nutritional insurance and getting exercise are things they are prioritizing.
