My journey of #Forgiveness has taught me it's more than excusing someone else's actions. It's about healing our own hearts. Dr. Luskin's work (2003) showed me that forgiveness is a process that heals emotional wounds. It's not about forgetting the hurt but freeing ourselves from suffering. Experiencing forgiveness has been transformative for me. It became an act of #SelfCompassion that reduced my feelings of depression and anger. It improved my physical health and helped me regain control over my emotional well-being.Here's a powerful quote: "To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you." - Lewis B. Smedes Now, I'd love to hear from you. Has there been a moment of forgiveness that brought you peace or growth?
