Excellence Vacation and Travel caters to Millennial's and all generational groups. We treat all of our clients with respect and listen to what they want and try to deliver a quality travel experience. Even though many prefer online travel agencies/services, once they use our services, they tend to be repeat customers and provide referrals. We advertise on social media platforms, Facebook live presentations, vending events, referrals via word of mouth. We found that most Millennial's enjoy visuals, so providing videos of vacation packages/cruises or personal vacation photos play a key role in getting noticed.

People can search for deals online, but getting expertise, one on one personal service and building a relationship goes farther. We often have some of our clients travel with us. Ex. Some of our clients accompanied us to Dubai this year and some of the same clients will accompany us to Barcelona next year.
The key ingredient we had in getting our best client was listening to their request. We found that listening to our client first and recap what we discussed goes a long way in providing the BEST possible customer service and meeting their expectations.
