My partner Gregg Townsend and I both got into the industry 25+ years ago. About 10 years ago our paths crossed for the first time. It didn’t take long to realize we think a lot alike. After working for the biggest HVAC contractor in the DMV, and Learning much about how not to conduct business if you want your clients to keep calling you back, we decided to strike out on our own. It’s not easy going against the big guys, but it’s way more rewarding to treat people right.
