We knew someone who was searching for a new community for their parents. They found it very difficult to research online with a lot of misinformation, incorrect listings or being overwhelmed by phone calls. What they really wanted was information for them as a family to make a decision on their own. After hearing this story we thought it shouldn't be this difficult for older adults to get the information they need to make an informed decision and our quest began for affordable referrals, correct information and an easy to use one stop website.
