Elevate North Coaching & Consulting
At Elevate North Consulting & Coaching, we help leaders and teams upgrade how they work—so priorities are clear, people feel supported, and results don’t come at the cost of burnout.
We specialize in working with mid-level leaders, small to mid-sized businesses, and founder-led teams who are in the thick of growth and complexity. Our clients are often navigating shifting expectations, limited capacity, and the pressure to “hold it all together” at work and at home.
Using a blend of CliftonStrengths®, leadership coaching, and practical strategy, we help you:
- Develop confident, people-centered leaders in the messy middle
- Build strengths-based teams with shared language and clear expectations
- Align time, energy, and boundaries with what actually matters
- Turn good intentions into simple, repeatable ways of working
Our work includes 1:1 leadership coaching, manager development, strengths-based team sessions, and advisory support for people and culture. Everything we do is designed to be real-world, sustainable, and aligned with how you—and your business—truly operate.
Services are available in person and virtually.
Elevate North grew out of years spent in the messy middle of business.
Before starting Elevate North, I spent nearly two decades in corporate CPG and consulting with small to mid-sized, often founder-led companies. Again and again, I saw the same gap: mid-level leaders and business owners carried huge responsibility for people and results, but had little meaningful development or support. They were expected to “figure it out” while holding everything together.
I started Elevate North to change that by blending CliftonStrengths®, leadership coaching, and practical strategy to give leaders simple, sustainable ways to align their strengths, time, and energy. When you support the middle, you strengthen the whole business.
Elevate North partners with leaders and organizations who want to grow in a way that supports both their people and their performance. The work is still rooted in that original insight: when you support the “middle,” you strengthen everything around it.
