The Holy Scripture of the Bible says to pray without ceasing and yes I do this throughout the day. However, there are times that I have a more elevated meditation, that's when I'm more focused and have the mental discipline to clear my mind of distractions. Then I can transcend into a worship- meditation that is most peaceful, refreshing and invigorating.

Heart coherence is an essential process of healing. I like to use heart coherence when doing internal work and moving into God's energy. Any thoughts on this?
