I agree with Jill. I have never used a travel agent based on where they’ve traveled.

I chose someone who was friendly, passionate about what they did, and understood my needs.

It seems to me that you have everything that you need to be successful. Don’t give up. The first year of a new business is extremely difficult, but you have survived! Just keep the passion, and tweak the things that don’t seem to work.
