Some do ask for an extra bedroom that they can turn into an office. During the beginning of the pandemic, the Florida Keys were shut down for almost 3 months. You didn't get in unless you owned property here or lived on the Mainland and could prove your worked here. We were the largest gated community ever. Now everyone wants a 2nd home here.
