I got started cooking for John Carlos Santini, in New Your City. I cooked for John's soccer team in Sharon, Connecticut.
I went on to Kansas City and worked under Executive Chef Richard Babcock. I was with Compass Group, in Corporate Dinning for 5 years, then on to open my own business n 1985 in KC. Moved to the Florida Keys and have opened my business.
