Have you tried Google Ads? If so, have you seen a greater increase in clients, new employees? I would like to hear from you, to see if it is a worthwhile investment.

I only find advertising worth it if you are willing to stay with it over the long haul and the long haul can be pretty expensive. People have to see your advertisement 6 times before they take action. This of course depends what kind of business you are in. In my business where it is a relationship business, it can take many exposures. So, if you can invest a year into it to see the return- then go for it.
