About Us

I have extensive experience advising companies and individuals about employee relations/employment matters, including various types of unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation (age, race, gender, disability, national origin, etc.), wage/hour issues (overtime, misclassification), FMLA leave, severance, and employment contracts. My practice includes litigation and appeals (plaintiff and defense) of employment cases in federal and Georgia courts, handling EEOC Charges, and providing advice to businesses regarding workplace issues. I have settled hundreds of cases through informal negotiations and mediation.

How We Got Started

My practice began exckusively representing companies at a small "boutique" employment law firm where I had previously worked as a paralegal and then a law clerk. I left when the firm was purchased by a larger, regional law firm. Shortly thereafter I met with a plaintiff's employment lawyer and began working with his firm as "of counsel." I then went out on my own, utilizing my experience to represent both companies and individuals.
