My goal as the principal recruiter is to assist your in-house team by providing highly qualified candidates within 7 days of your hiring campaign. My time to fill ratio averages 45 days or less for actively engaged employers along with a 97% candidate start rate. As mentioned, we work on a contingency plan and will only charge your office after the candidate completes 30 days of employment. If at any point, you feel the candidate is not a great fit during the trail period, you will not be charged for our services.
