They are both open, fun, creative environments with high content and coaching, not restrictive heavily formatted agenda driven. The emphasis is one who you are, not what you do. I guarantee that each event ( I dislike meetings) will be fresh, fun, creative and different. The feedback on my Meetup reviews (Roswell Business Cross Connect and Roswell Cross Coaching™) has been very positive and great relationships have been built via the build bonds and business approach. The elevator pitch is banned, yet business gets done because trust is built and everyone can be themselves and discover more about how to develop self and business. So, YES, face to face "networking" - I prefer connecting as a term, works when you find the right community, with the right leader! Grow for it. Peter G
