Originally named the Hippodrome in 1919, Peoples Bank Theatre is a historic theatre located in downtown Marietta, Ohio. Generations of Marietta residents made memories here until the theatre closed in 1986. Thanks to the investment of Peoples Bank & the Marietta community, the theatre reopened in 2016. We offer a wide variety of entertainment; from big-name rock bands, off-broadway productions, feature films, comedians and speakers, to up-and-coming artists and entertainers. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the support of our community to continue providing the region’s widest variety of entertainment.
