File a Complaint
Consumers can file a complaint with BBB if they have had an unfavorable experience with a business.
The quickest and easiest way to file a complaint is to follow this link, http://go.bbb.org/1oMQoSK. It will take you through the process step by step.
-BBB will present the complaint to the business for a response.
-BBB Accredited Businesses with must respond to complaints within 30 calendar days from the day a complaint is filed.
-BBB cannot force businesses who are not Accredited to respond to complaints.
-When we receive the response, BBB will send the information to you.
