The Business Blueprint was established in January 2026 after founder Dr. DeShaun Williams completed his Associate’s degree in Business Management. During his academic work and hands-on experience, it became clear that many of the challenges entrepreneurs face are not caused by a lack of effort or ambition, but by gaps in planning, structure, and early decision-making.
Seeing these issues firsthand revealed a consistent pattern in where businesses struggle most, not at the point of execution, but at the very beginning. Many businesses are launched without a clear understanding of their structure, strategy, or long-term direction, which often leads to avoidable setbacks later on.
The Business Blueprint was created to address those early-stage failures by helping entrepreneurs slow down, gain clarity, and build their businesses with intention from the start.
