In addition to her business consulting, Becky is an author and the creative force behind RA Pool, where she writes immersive fantasy novels that explore themes of leadership, courage, faith, sacrifice, and redemption. A native of North Carolina now living in southwest Missouri, Becky is a devoted Christian, wife to her husband Steve, and proud mother of Kyle and Dustin.
