For backups I use Backup Assist.  It does all that Symantec products do without all the drama.  I prefer disk-disk full backups due to the completeness and speed of the backups without the complexity and physical pitfalls of tape.  I also create backup copies of all firewall, router, and switch configurations so that I can easily recover from corruption or should a firmware update wipe out the configuration. I do not prefer cloud solutions because for anything other than a personal computer, the sheer size of the data store can make a full recovery or bare metal recovery time prohibitive.  Also, most of my customers are in rural areas where broadband stability is a problem so that impacts on my support decisions.
