My name is Terry Buchanan. I specialize in assisting residential and commercial real estate buyers and sellers throughout the East Tennessee area with most of my emphasis on the Blount, Knox, Sevier, and Loudon County areas. I am also a Certified Luxury Listing Specialist with special training in the preparation and marketing of Luxury Homes in the East Tennessee area.

I believe everyone deserves the right to have a professional represent them when they buy, sell, or build real estate. I also believe there is a difference between a house and a home. A house is made of brick and mortar but a home is made of memories and should be a personal oasis away from the stress of life. Because of that belief, I chose to become a realtor.

A little bit about me: I am a husband, a father, and a grandfather. I am a drummer (I play at Foothills Church in Maryville TN) and an avid wood worker.

Originally from South Carolina, I spent almost ten years in the United States Air Force before pursuing a career in engineering (control systems design) and later as an Investment Advisor primarily managing high-net investment portfolios. After many years, I decided to focus my efforts on real estate to help people realize their dream of home ownership.
