Free At Last Hypnosis specializes in stop smoking and weight loss services since 2004 and is located in Mashpee to service all Cape Cod towns. Most services are available online as well - call 508.269.0109.
How We Got Started
Over 14-years ago I used hypnosis to quit smoking and became so amazed by the power of the subconscious mind that I became a certified hypnotist to help others stop smoking and regain their health. Since then I've expanded my services to weight loss, sugar addiction, and improve confidence. I help people better handle their anxiety and overcome phobias. I particularly like to help younger people develop the skills of mental toughness for sports or academics which translates into a skill for life.
