I DEFINETLY AGREE. 80% OF THEM. THEY WILL SAY THAT PRICE ISN'T THE MOST IMPORTANT THING BUT THEIR ACTIONS SAY OTHER WISE. AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF THE VALUE OF SERVICE AND WHAT SERVICE LABOR COSTS. THEY ARE SKEPTICAL AND DEMANDING AT THE SAME TIME.THEY TRY TO COMPARE APPLES TO ORANGES AND WANT YOU TO MATCH THEIR PRICE.
